Council Tax

As a care leaver, you are entitled to a council tax discount of up to 100% from the ages of 18-25. this is no matter where in the country you are living. Your LCSO can help you apply for this, or you can contact our duty email and we can help with this if you have asked to be closed. This is only for you, so if you share your home with someone else, it will be 50%, or if you move in with family you might not be entitled to this.
